These cinnamon rolls have been a dream in the making for years! I have gathered, studied, baked and tested countless styles. A personal quest if you will! I have discovered an old technique that will leave your mouth craving more! These are a great balance of pillowy, soft dough, a cinnamon sugar swirl blanketed on top of kerrygold salted butter. Smothered in a delicious cream cheese and vanilla bean frosting.

Step back in time with me..remember when you were in elementary school and your wonderful lunch ladies made cinnamon rolls? Well, I’m happy to report these babies will have you taking a stroll down memory lane. These are a traditional cinnamon roll base, lined with butter, cinnamon, and sugar. Topped with a lovely vanilla bean icing.
