One of my very first creations. This muffin is loaded with fresh blueberries and lemon zest. After it is baked to perfection, it is then topped with cane sugar and torched to a crispy shell.

This is one of my personal favorites. A warm and inviting muffin. This beauty is full of cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove flavors. Topped off with a delicious brown sugar streusel. Pairs excellent with a cup of hazelnut coffee!
